I work with clients in ways that work for them, and use a variety of methods and modalities.

Areas of focus

  • LGBTQIA therapy

  • Sex and relationships

  • Shame

  • OCD

  • Sexual issues

  • Self-esteem

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Abuse

  • Trauma

Clients

I work with adults, and while I primarily focus on LGBTQIA+ clients, I welcome clients no matter how they identify.

I work in-person and online.

Originally from Ireland, I’ve called London home for over ten years. I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients, and use multiple modalities, including Psychodynamic, Gestalt, CBT and Existential Therapy.

We might explore your early life, or use more body-focused methods to explore how your feelings are manifesting. I work actively with clients, exploring what’s working for them. At the core of therapy is the relationship – and the safe space for you to explore anything you want to bring.
